However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Access to the website may be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new products.

Postage and Handling:

Artworx Geelong will post your order to you within 2-3 business days if the items are in stock. Not including weekends or public holidays. A flat rate postage charge applies unless the parcel is over three kilograms. In this case we will contact you in regards to delivery.

All orders will be delivered using registered Australia Post. Delivery times depend on the parcels destination.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and present receipt within seven days for exchange or store credit.

Due to the nature of the internet colours and sizes may appear different on your monitor to the actual products and should be seen as representative only. Stock cannot be returned without prior approval from Artworx Geelong. Goods must be returned in a 100% saleable condition and in the original packaging. The customer will pay a 20% surcharge and freight on goods returned when Artworx Geelong is not at fault.
